Match worn by: Mark Bresciano #23

Result: VV Kloetinge 1 - 8 Australia (June 02nd)

Before the World Cup 2006 has started the Socceroos had a few friendly games.

One game took place against a local dutch football club called VV Kloetinge.

Australia has qualified a second time for a World Cup since 1974 and again hosted in Germany.

The kit has been designed in a similar look compared to the World Cup of 1974.

The Socceroos were able to celebrate not only their very first goal in World Cup history

but also the first victory ever during that tournament.
